Has anyone else noticed how painfully few answers are coming from HHS on their FAQ site and how far between each other sets of answers seem to be? I sent a question to them right after the Final Rule was published in 8/2000. They just answered the question on 9/17/2001. With less than a year to go and more questions than ever, this seems like a real problem. Is anyone else frustrated by the lack of timely response and does anyone have suggestions on how we might encourage HHS to respond in a more timely way?
