I have a question and am looking for ideas that others may be considering, We are having to split any facility claim that is greater than 23 revenue lines, our dilemma is how to split a 1 day stay with excess of 23 lines. All inpatient claims must contain a room & board line in our system or they are treated as outpatient. Any thoughts?
