As per data from FDA's site when NDC is formed, it
can have following combination
1)NNNN-NNN-NN = 9 DIGITS
2)NNNN-NNNN-NN = 10 DIGITS
3)NNNNN-NNN-NN = 10 DIGITS
4)NNNNN-NNNN-NN = 9 DIGITS
Guide does not refer to any format.
Are dash " - " required to be used as shown in above format in the EDI
file?
