EQ and III segment in 270 As per guide either EQ01 or
EQ02 exist, III can be used.
However some other
interpretations say that.....Segment (Triple I ) I I I can�t occur if either EQ01 OR EQ02-1 is not there. Does that mean:
only if both EQ01 and EQ02-1 are present, then only we can use III
segment.
