*Role: Business Analyst with Kronos Time & Attendance applications exp* Location: Rocky Hill, CT Duration: 9 months Rate: $45/hr We are looking for an IT support for all company's businesses/plants utilizing Kronos Time & Attendance applications. Responsible for working with HR and plant managers on how best to configure the applications to satisfy company’s pay practices; as well as actually doing the configuration. Set up and run requested data extracts and reports as needed. Provide 1st level IT support for interfaces between Kronos and SAP HR and ADP/ProBusiness payroll systems. Thorough knowledge and at least 2 year’s hands-on experience with configuring Kronos iSeries application. Modules include Attendance, Timekeeper, Gatekeeper, Accruals, History, and Shop Floor electronic data collection system. The ideal candidate will possess thorough knowledge of business payroll/timekeeping practices in a manufacturing plant environment. Experience with interfaces to ADP/ProBusiness payroll and SAP HR systems preferred. Working knowledge of RPG III/RPG ILE, CLP, Query, DBU tools on AS/400 iSeries platform preferred.
