Duration: 4-6 months *Need only local candidates* - Senior/Lead Systems Administration Staff Member with 6-10 years experience in large scale VMware environments (5000+ VM’s supported) - VCP - VMware Certified Professional - Strong Linux skills – OEL 4 and 5, Red Hat 5 - Storage is EMC SAN - Everything other than Oracle RAC servers are virtualized so 95%+ of our servers are virtualized (nearly 6000 VM’s) using ESX 4 - Almost all apps are Oracle Financial based and about half the VM’s built are for Oracle; Use Oracle ASM for larger environments - Will be working on various projects supporting large 2010 IT projects where Operations is provisioning and supporting application development projects - 4 Year degree and VCP and Red Hat Certification - The VCP and Linux skills are mandatory.
