*Role: **OBIEE developer*** *Location –* Baltimore, MD * * *Duration* – 6+ Months Rate/hr – DOE *Interview* - Phone *Job Description: *** The objective of the Task Order RFP (TORFP) is to acquire the services of *Two (2)* business intelligence (BI) and data warehouse (DWH) data modeling analyst/developers with Oracle OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition) dashboard and analytics experience, OLAP experience, and BI Publisher reports development experience. The role of the OBIEE BI/DWH Analyst/Developer is to work as part of the MLDS project development team throughout the data warehouse development lifecycle to: (1) analyze, design, and modify the existing educational Data Warehouse, (2) define and test new data, processes, and metadata structures, and (3) develop and test new OBIEE dashboards, analytics, and alerts, BI Publisher reports, and OLAP cubes. *Required skills:* - Minimum of 2 years developing OBIEE dashboards, analytics, alerts, physical connect strings, business layer model with dimensions and hierarchies, presentation layer development, and role based security - 2 years client project experience as a full time OBIEE developer doing dashboard development with custom graphics - 2 years client project experience as a full time OBIEE developer doing analytics design and Answers development - 2 years client project experience as a full time OBIEE developer doing alerts development - 2 years client project experience as a full time OBIEE developer doing events scheduling development - 2 years client project experience as a full time OBIEE developer doing Integration with email systems for email alerts - 2 years client project experience as a full time OBIEE developer doing physical layer setup for federated data sources - 2 years client project experience as a full time OBIEE developer doing business layer modeling with custom hierarchies and custom dimensions - 2 years client project experience as a full time OBIEE developer doing presentation layer development - Minimum of 2 years developing BI Publisher reports - 2 years client project experience with BI Publisher development with parameterized reports - Minimum of 2 years experience developing OLAP cubes - 2 years client project experience using OBIEE with a data warehouse, relational table structures, and OLAP data structures - Minimum of 2 years experience performing systems business and requirements analysis on data warehouse development projects. - 2 years client project experience with ERD and dimensional data modeling - 2 years client project experience with SQL and PL/SQL programming - Communication Skills: Fluent in speaking and writing English. Minimum of 2 years verifiable experience working with end-users in defining and preparing system requirements, dashboard user interface design documents - Must have five (5) years of computer experience in information systems design. - At least three (3) years of experience as an application programmer on large-scale DBMS, knowledge of computer equipment, and ability to develop complex software to satisfy design objectives.
