The position requires a person with technical skills in Host Mainframe, Perl and/or Java to write code for testing tools, execute jobs (JCL) and trouble shoot applications, tools and test environments. The position also requires testing skills with the person possessing Project Test Lead capabilities to create meaningful deliverables such as a Test Plan, Test Schedule and Test summary report. Also the individual must be able to lead and coordinate test team work efforts and possess strong communications and teamwork skills to work with a wide variety of individuals and roles to understand the application software changes and determine the appropriate testing approach.
