Client currently seeks a Network TA -Network And Application
Incident Support Analyst to join our team in central Illinois.
Position Functions or Responsibilities:
This posting is for an individual on the Converged Network ISA team.
The exact shift is unknown at this time. (however, it will be 1st or
2nd and may require one weekend day)
The individual in this position are required to have experience/skills
in many of the following areas:
1. Strong Cisco background. Cisco certifications are
recommended.
2. Experience on Cisco router/switch configurations and
troubleshooting
3. Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN environment and
experience working with LAN/WAN technologies
4. Knowledge of WAN communications mediums including:
Frame-relay, ISDN, HDLC, SONET, MPLS
5. Experience with CUCM
6. Experience with voice call routing in a VOIP
environment
7. Understanding of TDM voice environments and their
connectivity to an IP Voice environment
8. Understanding of UCCE implementations
9. Ability to troubleshoot CVP routing and scripting
10. Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues with
adjunct connections to the ICM PG’s
11. Fundamental understanding of the use of CTI
applications in call center environments and the impacts these
systems have on call flows.
12. Experience using Sniffers/Wireshark/Packet Capture
tools to identify application related issues
