Location: Central IL. Duration: 1 year Max Hourly Rate: USD $20.00 Client currently seeks an IBM Access Admin Analyst to join our team in Central Illinois. Position Functions or Responsibilities: We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Analyst -IBM/UNIX Access Administration within our client's security group. Responsibilities include administering security access via client forms, Service Manager Work Orders, and the Security Profile Administration System (S-PAS). Also responisible for providing incident management troubleshooting and resolution using Service Manager. Seven by twenty-four hour "on-call" support is provided to assist with service calls involving system related access. Shift Flexibility: 1st shift responsibilities with off-shift coverage based on business need. Core service hours: 8:00 am - 4:15 pm. Desired Skills/Qualities: Learning agility and technical aptitude Strong customer service and communication skills (oral and written) Ability to work well with others Ability to adapt and maintain a positive attitude in an ever changing environment Ability to organize, make sound judgments, and effectively diagnose situations Service Manager Tool experience desired. Ability to document and update solutions in a knowledge database.
