Client currently seeks an ST - Technical Analyst - Test Analyst - Sofware And Tool Support Req Testing to join our team in Bloomington, IL. Senior Level Techical Analyst - Sofware And Tool Support Req Testing Soft Skills: Strong Verbal and Written Communication and ability to perform the Test Analyst assignment on projects. Strong understanding of the Microsoft Products (Sharepoint 2010, ,Office 2010 and Exchange) Technical Skills: Ability to perform both Test Analyst Business and Test Analyst Technical skillsets. Experience testing on the following: *Messaging and Collaboration: SharePoint/MS Office Communications/ IBM Col POC *Web Content Services: Portal, Search, Sfnet 2.0, Stellent, Polling *Client Software upgrades *Web Browser Tools (Internet Explorer Browser, Flash viewer, Authorware viewer, Director Viewer, Quicktime, RealPlayer) *Office Products (Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe Acrobat Professional; and Adobe Reader, etc.;) Desktop (client) *Projects with a focus on architecture support, web component support, and performance/availability. *Web Trends, WebTrends application used to create reports for content on the intranet and internet.
