Solaris Admin Location: SAN FRANCISCO, CA Duration: 6 months Req Details: In this Role: You will responsible for support and implementation within a large-scale e-commerce infrastructure. He/She is responsible for system support in a mission-critical, 24/7 environment. Skills: 3-5 + years Unix Systems Experience - preferably with Solaris Strong knowledge of VERITAS (Veritas Cluster Server) & Veritas Volume Manager (VxVM) - Knowledge of Shell scripting ( Bourne, Perl, Awk, Sed) Strong Process and Troubleshooting skills - a must Experience with NETBACKUP Experience with S10 Zones Experience with Mid-Size E-commerce Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must. MUST HAVE: SOLARIS Veritas (VxVM & VCS) NICE TO HAVE: Past Experience as a Sys Admin. Experience working with Hitachi Data Systems Netback Up BS in CS is desired.
