Absolutely right,Arif.

Most of the butterflies(including this one) were seen at relatively lower 
altitudes( above roing,altitude nearly 1500metres)

Mishimi belt is spread across Lohit, Anjaw, Dibang Vally, Upper Dibang valley 
districts but I presume that Vinod ji has taken his pictures in Roing which is 
main town of Dibang Valley District in Arunachal Pradesh.
