Sorry fro the late reply,as i was out to Eaglenest ona birding trip Mishm hills is in eastern arunachal pradesh.The nearest airport is Dibruagrh,from where One drives further east,cross Brahmputra and go north,enter Arunachal and reach roing and futher to myodia pass,all of these being part of mishmi hills
