Hi ashok,
Well done getting all the stages. However, are you sure this is the larva? I
believe the larva normally resides within the leaves of the host plant and
can be seen only when the shift between leaves. Besides the larva is pale
yellow to white in colour and not hairy as seen in your collage. See here
