I'd be careful with this. This may also depend on specific license clauses, if the TCK is officially acknowledged by the JSR EG, legal issues, etc.
We can safely claim that we've passed the TCK published by JBoss, but this doesn't mean that we are now automatically 'officially spec compliant'. I haven't looked at the TCK section of JSR-303 yet, but I'd rather check this twice.
