Hi, yes, you are right! Sorry for reverting your change, but I wanted to see
the tests passing again and I thought it is easy to redo it when it's finally
fixed...
I (or whoever fixes this issue) should use the ServiceLoader and check in with
license comments again AFTER all TCK tests have passed.
