QST...QST...QST To the members and families of BVARC, ECHO and TDXS,
Your Field Day Committee is in desperate need of one or more people to bring a large BBQ pit and prepare food on Saturday June 28. We do not have the services of our past food prep team and the BBQ pit at the Fire Field is unusable. Catering our event is a big budget buster and is impractical. Our alternative is doable but, short of what we have become accustomed to. We are considering sandwich party trays and pizza so far. Plus, we also entertain serious suggestions. Regardless of what we serve, we need people that can make it happen. So, support your clubs in this activity. I invite you to volunteer your service and earn yourself a star. We need a person/s who will take the lead in the food department and see that the task is done. Also, others that will help out.
