The Michigan law, is a duplicate of the federal law. Neither law
accommodates the ham living within an HOA. Though it would be nice to have
a Texas law which also duplicates the federal law, obtaining the "be all,
end all" of antenna laws to include contract restricted hams is going to be
much harder. And, such an effort WILL require the ENTIRE body of the
amateur radio community to unite, as "we" did after the conclusion of WW1
when the government would have been ecstatic to keep them trouble making
amateurs off the air.

When that time comes, I hope everyone will write the letters and make the
calls early and often. I did my part on round one of HR-4969. And I'm
ready to go for round two. I hope y'all are too.

Seven Three,
