While working with a drooping 40 meter loop NVIS antenna this weekend, I tuned it to 15 meters and made a good solid contact with a Puerto Rico station. The antenna was averaging 7 to 5 feet off the ground. After the rain storm, it really looked sad.My Chameleon vertical was hot on 10 and 20. TravisK5HTB
