A fine time was had by all at the BVARC Field Day.  I also look forward to 
hearing reports of various members activities at other sites.
And yes, there were several instances of "interesting" DX, lots of non-ham 
participation and techs working HF.
There will be a short report for the upcoming newsletter which closes tomorrow, 
with more details at the upcoming general membership meeting and/or the August 
Newsletter.

While working with a drooping 40 meter loop NVIS antenna this weekend, I tuned 
it to 15 meters and made a good solid contact with a Puerto Rico station.  The 
antenna was averaging 7 to 5 feet off the ground.    After the rain storm, it 
really looked sad.My Chameleon vertical was hot on 10 and 20.
