another part of this scam. they will send you a check for the amount you are asking plus another say $500 or $1000. then ask you to send some sort of payment either by western union or one of those money cards to a freight company who will pick up the item and ship it to them. of course, you being prudent will deposit the check and wait a few days to see if it bounces. however, because the account does not exist, it takes about a week to two weeks for it to actually bounce. had it been a real account, it would have bounced nsf (non sufficient funds) in a few days. now we are about 4-5 days out and you think woohoo, so you get your funny money for the guy and send it off only to find after the week or two, the bank just yanked all the money back. you still have your radio because they never sent anyone to pick it up but are out that fee they took for their freight company.

it is a fun world. i stopped selling anything on ebay because if it is worth something, they will say you shipped them an empty box. then you are out and seen as the crook.
