Field Day is just around the corner. There are still several things to get organized for the event. If you are not aware, the tri-club event - BVARC/TDXS/ECHO will be held at the Pecan Grove Volunteer Fire Station due to the schedule at the Fire Training Field in Richmond.
So this Thursday there will be an organizational meeting for the tri-club event. This meeting will be held during the BVARC general meeting at the Sugar Land Masonic Lodge at 7 pm. There will also be another organizational meeting for Field Day this Sunday. It will be held at the Field Day site, Pecan Grove Volunteer Fire Station, 727 Pitts Road, Richmond. The meeting will be held between 3 and 5 pm. If you cannot make the meeting on Thursday, please make sure you can make it on Sunday. If you have any question, please feel free to call.
