Hi Andy, I would like to volunteer for the FAA Comms position. I was involved in high-powered rocketry for years (NAR Level I, served as launch coordinator, RSO, etc), and was familiar with the waiver/call-in procedures back in the day (~20 years ago). You say it's easier now? Great!
