Please be safe and make good decisions for the safety and welfare of you
and your family.  These storms are not ever something to take lightly, but
you can be prepared to ride them out if necessary.

I have elderly in laws that an evacuation would be more of a risk than the
storm, so we are always ready to hang around. That said, Katy is fairly
safe place to be during a strum, but we are also ready to move in case
flooding becomes an issue.
