I'm ARES - the freqs to monitor have already been covered here.  Just set your 
B channel to scan the area repeaters and you shouldn't miss anything.

The most important thing to keep in mind for this storm is to STAY PUT (unless 
your home itself - not your street - is truly in danger of flooding).  For our 
area, flooding is the biggest threat to life, and out on the roads is the worst 
place to be.
