Ya know, I didn’t mind the GFM submission, I just thought the level of the request was quite ludicrous. Why not start a tad smaller. The issue was a drifting hf rig. A 718 Icom is pretty darn stable and will drive an amp just fine. It wud be under warranty too. I might have even donated empathetically to that cause. W5RH
