Just got up from a nap. Never a good time to organize thoughts. <grin>

My radio is a Kenwood TM-D710A. I get an automatic switch to weather mode
every Wednesday at noon, and just hit MR button to switch back out of WX mode.

Is it a TM-V71A? Have you tried just hitting the PF1 key again. This is the
way my TH-D210A works.

Also, I can go back to memory mode to get out of WX mode.

Have you read the manual?

I accidentally touched the PF1 key when I turned

my 2 Mtr. FM rig on today (TV-71A) . This selected the

WX channels (162.xxx MHz) and I can't get it to change

back to the 144 MHz band. The [F], [BAND SEL] sequence

does not seem to work?? My rig is useless for now and

all I can get is the WX reports.
