With only 12 check-ins to the special 10-10 net last night, I get that interest in 10 meters is waning. I get it. But the whole point of 10-10 is to stimulate activity on 10 meters. The 10-10 QSO Party (or contest) is one of those vehicles to do just that.
Please take some time today to monitor either 28.400 or 28.488 and try to make some time at 8pm to check into our local net tonight. All of us in the local chapter would really appreciate it. For those of you who know Mike, N5MT, he is moving to Louisiana soon as a result of his house being flooded by Harvey. This very well may be his last hurrah in the contest (unless he uses a remote station). In any case, please consider giving Mike that one last QSO before he leaves town Thanks and CU in the contest!!
