Wake up Howard,There is and has been a webform (for online payment/changes) on
the website for  10 years now, the link is right on the top of the page. We
also have a printable PDF on that page for those old fashioned folks that want
to mail in a check with a membership form.. (Funny thing, I see you have used
the webpage form to renew your membership at least 7 times..??) (thanks for
supporting your club!!!)
Although the monthly newsletter doesn't have a complete application anymore, it
does have info on membership on the last page with all the other permanent club
information.
BVARC membership is pretty strong, I think the current member count is 186..
I am not on the board, but I do go to an occasional board meeting (everyone
should go!!) and there is always talk about how to increase the clubs web
presence and the club membership. I think we had 5 new members just this last
weekend.
thanks for the input, see you at the Thursday Meeting!!

I don't have, but would be a good idea to include a membership form for
renewals & ATTRACTING NEW MEMBERS on the web site.

We used to have one in the "Newsletter" years ago, it would be a good idea to
return an application form to the newsletter at least quarterly. (A simple
application only takes up 1/2 a page.)

When I first joined BVARC in 2003, it was through an application form in the
BVARC newsletter that was left at Houston Amateur Radio Supply when at original
location in Spring.  This should be a good idea to bring up at the BVARC BOD
meeting, as membership count has been slipping in recent years.

A printable form ought to be included in the website and on Facebook page.
Facebook and the web page SHOULD have this information, as the younger
generation is more "Social Media" friendly..  ECHO Society really has been
sliding in recent years, don't know what membership is currently, but they are
no longer meeting at The Red Cross & MARTY has been President for as long as I
can remember...

I haven't been to a BVARC meeting for years, Gerry Mueller used to pick me up
occasionally, I can't remember the last meeting I attended & it has been about
3 years since
 I last attended Hamfest.

I need to update the Membership form and make a special one for the VE
sessions.  Does anyone have the
editable (not PDF) version?  I already checked Cam & Eddie.
