I was told there would be no math on this reflector, but 30db is 1000 times, so 1.5 MW  That would take one heck of a dummy load. Not that I imagine that I've seen everything, but the biggest dummy load I've ever seen was able to handle 40 kW of 100 MHz signal for brief periods with the coolant circulating.

I think someone's mistaken though.  Hams don't have radiated power limits above 1.5 MHz.
