Mr. Vance,

After sending my email to the group, I found this in the help file, but I
don't completely understand it:
" it is best to update that needs list whenever you get QSOs in your log
that have their QSL status changed (say after doing a download from LoTW).
The "Rebuild Alert Database" section of the JTAlert Settings window is what
you need (there is a direct menu link "Settings->Rebuild Alert Database")

The rebuild will search your log and update a single needs list or all of
them for the different Wanted alert types. You can have different QSL
requirements for different Wanted Alerts and the settings are saved.

So, this sounds like to me that if I run this Rebuild Alert Database every
so often, it will uncheck the boxes for me. Automated no, but better than
having to go back through the logs and write the different states and then
manually unchecking the boxes in JTA.

What do you think Mr. Vance?
