We saw it! We saw it! We saw it! We saw it!

 

Dragged out our Meade 8 inch S-C and had Jupiter and Saturn in the same
field of view. Wonderful sight!

 

And we had folks stop by, some of whom had never see a star or the Moon
through a telescope before ever.  That is always fun to be a part of, that
first look through a scope. It's part  of the pleasure of doing this stuff.

 

Nice moon view, too, as a bonus.
