I dragged out my big Meade too, last night (weather forecast was for clouds tonight, so I didn’t want to risk it).
Truly was awesome seeing two old friends, along with the Galilean moons and Titan, all in the same field of view, even at higher powers. And the waxing crescent moon had lots of great detail along the terminator. We had a few noobs I our back yard as well. I know that seeing Saturn’s rings for the first time is a memory I’ll never forget, and is always a Great thing to share with others.
