Hi Mark,
This is Jim - KE8G, I am a member of the Texas DX Society, and also a past
instructor with CWops. With an ability of head copying at 15wpm, might I
suggest a couple of things to improve your skills? First off, Investigate
CWops and the CW Academy, it is a wonderful program and many, many ops have
benefited from the classes. Also, on Sunday evenings at 00:00 UTC, there
is a slow speed contest newer ops, I believe the max speed allowed is
20wpm, this would help you get to that level.

I am not sure what kind of station/antennas you have, I work Phil W2OZB on
occasions in the Wednesday CWTs. Right now, I am at my home in Richmond,
but operating my Ohio station remotely, so we could possibly get together
on the bands for some CW practice. My schedule is pretty much open, with a
few exceptions, so we could possibly work something out.

Let me know.

My cell is 440-212-3623, best is a text message, as I don't answer calls
from numbers I don't recognize.
