You are almost exactly where I am.  I have run the traps on where to go next.  
I found LCWO.net <http://lcwo.net/> and there is a very good YouTube video 
regarding this.  I am working on my third letter. It will take some time, 
perhaps as much as 4-6 months for me to finish my ear training at about 20 wpm, 
after which I plan to practice training. However, I am not really sure when I 
should begin sending training with others. 

John K5LKJ (The Stir Crazy Net, daily at noon, 146.940) is getting together a  
list to go forward with a CW training group.

So, I recommend training with the LCWO online utility, and we should both put 
our names in for John’s group going forward. Frankly, I don’t know how we get 
so many disparate folks moving in sync. None-the-less, there has been a lot of 
chatter about this of late.

Uncanny how close you and are in our journeys.
