Check out CW Academy from the cwops group. They really want you to succeed, and they are constantly looking for ways to make learning more fun and productive.
Unfortunately, I made a huge mistake in 2006 and learned CW using soundalikes, and now my character recognition is throttled. I'm getting ready to upgrade from General and when that's done, I'll start in on CW again. I just have to unlearn some letters.
