There are still some open plots of land around the Brazos River. Some folks 
have horse farms down there. Outside of that, my guess is that the rest of 
Sugar Land is highly HOA, and I think it unlikely you will find anywhere for a 
tower half that size. Look at properties around the south end of Thompson Ferry 
Road. You might rather want to look out in Richmond instead. I am sure you will 
want to talk with Allen R. Brier N5XZ .
