Some folks have horse farms down there. Outside of that, my guess is that the rest of Sugar Land is highly HOA, and I think it unlikely you will find anywhere for a tower half that size. Look at properties around the south end of Thompson Ferry Road. You might rather want to look out in Richmond instead. I am sure you will want to talk with Allen R. Brier N5XZ .
