The bottom portion of the band is ssb, thats where the contacts I made were 
(144.74 and 144.200 and there abouts). FT8 is down there too, they both use 
USB. I did not try the FM portion of the band, but it should have been open as 
well.
I used two stacked loops (horizontal) about 25 feet up.
