As I mentioned in our telephone conversations about the repeater loan, Brazos
Valley ARC does not operate the 94 repeater. It is owned and operated by Robert
Polinsky and the Pasadena Radio Repeater Club. BVARC simply provides a place
for funds to be collected since the club uses the 94 repeater as their club
repeater.
I work with Robert maintaining the repeater and support for its operation. I
apologize about being late on getting you the contract you requested for the
repeater loan but I have not be able to find a contract that fits the
situation. If you have a contract for the loan that will work for you, please
send it to Robert and I for review.
If you still wish to withdraw the offer on the repeater loan, that is
understandable.
