Just don't operate outside of your licensed privileges and youre good to go.
"create interference" is just legalese for unlicensed ops "interferes with" 
licensed ops..

Gone are the days of modifying a radio, sitting out in the parking lot, and 
screwing with the girl at the McDonalds drive-through [hypothetically 
speaking].. everyone grew up and became a lawyer.

Have fun [within the boundaries of your tolerance of the legal system]
