Honest and respectful feedback is beneficial and can be shared in a way
that supports the goals and objectives of the club. Using this forum to
attack leadership undermines and damages the reputation of the club and
those being targeted with disparaging comments. Let's set the bar a little
higher for ourselves in the HAM community. We can all make a positive
difference and set personal greviances aside for the right time and place.

After speaking with the larger vendors at the event their sales have been
dropping for the last couple of years just as the attendance has been

president, but honestly, that will probably lead you nowhere! This entire
situation is nothing short of UNACCEPTABLE! It may not seem like much, but
I MUST say thank you again to those who truly showed commitment. Without
your INDISPENSABLE dedication and tireless efforts, the Hamfest wouldn’t
even stand a chance!
Attached is a photo of the gift that was supposed to be given, already
purchased with club funds. How is this okay?!
