This can easily happen when someone makes an error in their logbook. The eQSL card is automated, so if they logged a contact incorrectly, then you may have received this in error. No big deal, but wouldn’t be a bad thing to let him know about the error.

I received an email providing a link to download a QSL card by clicking on a link.  Problem is I never contacted him on 14mhz.  He even showed an image of the card made out for me with my name on it and my personal info including home address, etc.  Of course I did not click on either link in the email.
