Depending on how much time the teenager wants to invest, and how they
learn, I really liked W4EEY. More knowledge than repetitive testing but not
as deep as the SRRL books. It is a commitment - about 2hrs per section and
maybe 8(?) sections - but worked for me for both General & Extra.
