Anyone can unsubscribe from the main list page (towards the bottom): https://mail.bvarc.org/mailman/listinfo/bvarc_bvarc.org
You should also be able to unsubscribe by sending an email (from the address you're currently subscribed to the list) so [email protected] and it should remove you as well.
