OK - now that you gave me all those things .. I say, what ones does
everyone think is worth the time?
I do not want to start laying down limits or paths other than goals. I am
going to yield to Chuck at this time and say..  CHUCK!!! What do you think?
My vision of teams is they run themselves and I just make sure we set
goals, solve issues, and keep the ship moving. Seems to have worked fairly
well so far.
