Monty,

Let me know what I can do to help with this. I am currently not working,
“Living on Retired Time”, so I am available most of the time.

Regards,

I am going to get you volunteers. I am going to start getting the word out. I
also am going to start finding out why people do not volunteer and resolve
those issues too. If we remove the roadblocks, people will come.

It will take a bit of time, but I will start getting this resolved.

This is my .02 but we need less supervision and more involvement in actually
doing the net as NCO. We only have two backups to the 4 of us calling the SC
net at noon. Monty KI5JML

To all,

Here is what I am working on. I am working on getting a net control Team lead.
I plan on having someone that coordinates the nets and also makes sure that
there is someone on them every week.

What I would like is a page on the website that is a calendar of the month and
shows who is on that day.

It will also have a link to the info for when and what settings for that net.

Eddie, I have copied you since you are the contact for the web team. Let me
know if this is possible.

Mark, I suggest you start with Richard Bonica.

Also, I run the 1st and 2nd Monday night nets every month. I'd love for
someone to take one of those. Perhaps that is something someone would like to
do, with thr board's blessing?

Maurice is a hard working net control! To be honest, I wouldn't mind serving as
a backup as needed. Who do I need to talk to about this? I'm not at my main
computer, but I believe there's something on the website about this...

Thanks & 73!

Howdy,

We had a great net today. Big John was not heard. Maurice was kind enough to
step in.

In a clear display of enlightened, self-interest, Maurice asked us, "What would
it take to get you to serve as Net Control?" Great topic! I don't think anyone
volunteered. Many thanks to Maurice for covering today and all the other times
he has!
