Seems like you might be getting EMI from the computer or the display. Were both changed? Were there any.other variables that might have changed.Get some ferrite core suppressor rings and clip them on the display cable and the power cable to the new computer. Those may aliviate the RFI. They wont interfere with the computer or display.
