1) create folder in your outlook.. you likely already have a sent folder
and a trash folder, usually in your left hand plane.
Right click on your account name and CREATE NEW FOLDER
2) Right click on a reflector email with the specific [BVARC] in the subject
line then RULES then CREATE RULE set the rule to move anything with
[BVARC] in the subject (include the square brackets)
check the box to move the item to the folder.
outlook is one of the most capable news clients, you can go crazy with all the
rulesand things it can do. but might also be confusing.
rest assured, the [BVARC] is specifically designed to do this and OUTLOOK is
alsospecifically designed to do this...
