I would like it if we can get all 10 of them ready to go by next weekend; that gives us one final week to set them up for the individual students, configure dialup access, etc. And how about another carrot ... if we get these machines ready to go BEFORE the deadline, then I'll throw another volunteer barbecue -- including vegetarian dishes. (For those of you just monitoring these posts, "volunteer barbecue" means barbecuing food for the volunteers, rather than cooking the actual volunteers.)
